The Ndlovu Foundation is a family-owned, non-profit house dedicated to championing the world’s most kreativve minds. Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, we are driven by a zealous passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation, artistry, and engineering brilliance.

The foundation addresses the systemic lack of access to resources, opportunities, and global recognition for emerging artisans and artists, particularly from underrepresented backgrounds.

We aim to forge a creative bridge between culture and the world of luxury. With roots in Southern Africa and Switzerland, the house is about empowering local communities, igniting artistic expression, and enriching livelihoods through unparalleled craftsmanship.

By providing academic funding, business grants, and collaboration platforms, we empower creators to thrive, ensuring their artistry and heritage are preserved while reshaping global narratives around craftsmanship and creativity.

Who we support?

Applications are scheduled to open in Q2 of 2025. In honor of preserving savoir-faire, the foundation provides scholarships and grants to individuals/ organizations in the following areas, but not limited to:

  • Delving into the heart of a watch, those passionate about developing the horological prowess within a mechanical movement.

  • Where material innovation and design collide, creative multidisciplinary skillsets are applied within the context of product materiality to create a sustainable future.

  • Nurturing key competencies within technical illustration, 3D, and product design – cutting across also into the landscape of metier d’art and fine jewellery making.
